EQ3 invites you to join us at our King East showroom to experience the innovative new installations designed and produced by Anony and Castor Design. This showcase features new lighting and home furnishing collections created in collaboration with the two Toronto-based design studios.

Anony is an interdisciplinary lighting and product design studio focused on thoughtful material choice, quality, and longevity. A collaboration with EQ3, Anony’s lighting installation, the ‘Row Collection’, is simple, clean, and modern. It includes table, floor, and pendant lighting that juxtapose black metal bases with opal glass lamp heads that emit a soft glow.

Castor Design finds innovative ways to use familiar materials through experimentation with process and technique. Their installation will highlight their new collection with EQ3, ‘Mirror of Constant Width’. Based on the curves of constant width, a geometric concept, the mirrors feature stone or marble mounting knobs that provide users the choice of multiple ways to hang the piece in their home.

This project is part of the King East Design District (KEDD). Several receptions, talks, and events will be happening for KEDD Night on Monday, January 20, 6-9pm.
