Tom Morin, creator of WorkFeelsGood.com, is a speaker at the DesignTO Symposium: Unlocking the Future of Work happening on Saturday, January 26, from 1pm to 5pm at George Brown College.

Tom Morin was nearly killed twice at work, but it was surviving high-altitude cerebral edema while mountaineering in Peru that helped him discover his personal mission: create a world where everyone has the knowledge, skills, and desire to reclaim their own world of work and create thriving organizations. Tom created WorkFeelsGood.com and co-founded Work Innovation Partners to fulfill his mission.

By telling engaging stories about his experiences as a soldier, roughneck on a drilling rig, and a project manager and people leader in multinational corporations, Tom shows us how we can create better leaders, better workplaces, and a better world of work for ourselves and future generations. He is a trusted advisor to organizations and individuals committed to creating thriving workplaces. Tom completed graduate studies in social sciences and he is associate faculty at Royal Roads University. He is active on social media and writes a popular blog at WorkFeelsGood.com.
