This special dinner for DesignTO will offer a glimpse into the future of plant-forward cooking, where food, art, and digital experience design are seamlessly intertwined. The multi-course dinner will connect diners with what’s on their plate through the use of innovative projection mapping software, guiding them through a plant-forward five-course menu featuring a range of terpene infusions, superfoods and adaptogens.
Creating a truly guided special experience, guests will interact with the technology through an immersive exploration of the provenance, processes and flavour profiles behind what is being served. The sensory storytelling experience is made in collaboration between Corrado, digital experience specialists nVoid, Toronto-based artist Dahae Song, and Tosho Knives.
