The Club is located in St.George’s Hall, a Toronto landmark, which has a lively history of remarkable colour and vivacity. The building was built by the St. George’s Society in 1891 to the designs of Edwards and Webster with subsequent alterations made by Sproatt and Rolph in the 1920s. This property is protected by the City of Toronto through designation and a heritage conservation easement under the Ontario Heritage Act. The site has also been recognized as a national historic site by the National Historic Sites and Monuments Board.
