Mason Studio presents a multi-modal installation that transports participants from an industrial warehouse into an ethereal ocean and moonscape using commonly found materials. Housed within their new studio space the installation explores the idea of how can we inspire human connection through shared experience.

The title of the work, ‘Full Moon Reflected On The Ocean At 01:34’, captures a universal yet individual experience of the moon reflected on the water. It could be a lake or an ocean, with friends or alone, but we all potentially see the full moon collectively and yet experience it individually.

Based in Toronto, with a practice that spans the world, Mason Studio creates award-winning luxury hospitality, retail, and multi-unit residential design projects, to experimental exhibitions. With a design approach of experimentation as process they continue to push the boundaries of what we think of as interior design.
