OSF SK8 GHOULZ – CANCELLED

window installation in-person

Due to the current pandemic restrictions in Toronto, the project has been cancelled.

Introducing…the OSF SK8 GHOULZ! Here to haunt the ageist, patriarchal and white supremacist dreams of those who would exclude teenagers as radical producers of culture.

Made up of female-identified, racialized, non-binary, queer youth and their allies, the OSF SK8 GHOULZ are a new, more inclusive collective of student skaters and creators that are continuing the design work of the OSF GRRLZ SK8 CREW. The multimedia window display at Anti Vice Juicery will continue the push for inclusion and diversity in skateboard/design culture.

Oasis Skateboard Factory (OSF) now in its lucky 13th year, is an award-winning Toronto District School Board alternative school design program that helps students earn high school credits and graduate by working as professional designers running a skateboard business/design studio.

Oasis Skateboard Factory Student Design Crew supported by teachers Lauren Hortie, Craig Morrison & Erin Zimerman.
