Putting things together
Jan 22
Jan 31 2021

This work came about in an attempt to find a way to string together groups of related but separate images into a narrative thread or a story form. Because most of the images are also rooms, or room-like spaces, it made sense to link them using walls. Walls divide, but they also connect. These linked walls also came to resemble accordion books or screens, which also can be a narrative device. Each of the final variations has a unique expression with its own emotional content. Form follows feeling.
