Mason White, founding partner at Lateral Office, is a speaker at the DesignTO Symposium: Unlocking the Future of Work happening on Saturday, January 26, from 1pm to 5pm at George Brown College.

Mason White is founding partner at Lateral Office, and associate professor at University of Toronto Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design. Lateral Office is an internationally recognized experimental design-research studio. Their work has been exhibited widely including the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale, 2015 Chicago Architecture Biennale, and the 2017 Seoul Biennale. They have also received notable recognition, including a 2016 Urban Design Award from RAIC, a 2011 Holcim Award for Sustainable Construction, and the 2010 Canada Council for the Arts Prix de Rome. At the Daniels Faculty, Mason White teaches design studios and seminars on the complex relationship between architecture and environments.
